Ingredients:


2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

6 garlic cloves, sliced

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together Brussels sprouts, coconut oil, and garlic.
Spread Brussels sprouts onto the cooking tray. Season with pepper and salt.
Select BAKE mode, then set the temperature to 400 F and the time to 40 minutes, then press start.
When the display shows Add Food then place the cooking tray in the vortex plus air fryer oven.
Serve and enjoy.
