California Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
1 Avocado, peeled and pitted
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ tsp. Hot pepper sauce
¼ cup Olive oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ tsp. Salt
1 Head romaine lettuce
3 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Diced tomatoes
2 Green chopped onions
¼ can pitted green olives
1 cup coarsely crushed corn chips
Method
In a blender, mix all lemon juice, components avocado, mayonnaise, olive oil, hot pepper sauce, garlic, and salt. Until it is smooth keep processing. In a large bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes and avocado and top with the dressing just before serving.

Classic Tossed Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup Blanched slivered almonds
2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
1 Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 Red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
8 ounces Package crumbled feta cheese
4 ounces Can sliced black olives
1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Red onion, halved and thinly sliced 6 mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup Grated Romano cheese
8 ounces Bottle Italian salad dressing
Method
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the almonds in the skillet, and cook. When the almonds start releasing an aroma, add in the sesame seeds, stirring frequently. Cook for 1 more minute or until seeds are toasted. In a big salad bowl, mix lettuce with olives, feta cheese, mushrooms, almonds, tomatoes, sesame seeds, onion, and Romano cheese are properly combined. When ready to serve, Pour in the Italian dressing and toss.

Fatoosh salad recipe
Ingredients:

2 Pita breads
8 Leaves romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
2 Green onions, chopped
1 Cucumber, chopped
3 Tomatoes cut into wedges
1 clove Garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. Sumac powder
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Ground black pepper
¼ cup Chopped mint leaves
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, 175 degrees C . Toast pitas for 5 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until crisp. Break into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, mix together pita toasted pieces, and green onions, romaine lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes. Serve immediately.
