Zelbya banana recipe :    Ingredients :     - 2 cups of water   - 2 tablespoons of honey  - 1/4 cup of oil - cup and a half of flour  - A pinch of salt     The method of preparing Zelbya banana recipe    In a saucepan, put the water, oil, a pinch of salt, and honey. Put on the heat until boiling then remove from heat and add the flour. Mix well until a homogeneous paste is obtained that does not stick to the walls.   Put the dough in a pastry bag and pour it into the hot oil, shaping mini-sticks with the scissors.    Once the mini-sticks are cooked, remove from the pan and drain, then sprinkle them with honey and serve.   Coffee croissant    Ingredients :  - 125 g of margarine - 2 tablespoons of icing sugar  -1 instant teaspoon - vanilla - 2 tablespoons of roasted and groundnuts  - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder - melted chocolate - instant coffee - water   the preparation method  In a bowl, work the margarine with the icing sugar, instant coffee, vanilla, walnuts, and yeast.   Gradually add the flour until you get a soft dough.   Shape the dough into croissants and place them on a floured baking sheet. Engrave until cooked.  Once the cakes are cooked, cool the ends of the croissants with melted dark chocolate. Let dry and serve with a good cup of coffee.

Zelbya banana recipe : 


 Ingredients :
