Strawberry mousse recipe with the preparation method :

Ingredients : 


  • some strawberries whipped 


  • cream some strawberries to decorate


 Dough: 

  • 125 g of margarine
  •  ½ glass of icing sugar 
  • an egg 
  • flour 
  • vanilla.

 

The method of preparation of Strawberry mousse : 


-   Work the margarine with the sugar and the egg, add the vanilla and the flour until you reach a soft dough. Line the mussels with the dough and put them in the oven until cooked. 


- Mix the strawberries yes take one measure of these strawberries and the same measure of Chantilly cream and 1/2 measure of milk. Mix everything well until the mixture becomes frothy. 


  -  Once the tarts are cooked and cooled, granulate them with the cold strawberry mousse. Decorate with the strawberries cut in half



Lemon meringue flan recipe with the step by step preparation method :

Ingredients :

  •  the meringue 
  • -two egg whites 
  •  5 tablespoons of sugar Flan: 
  • 2 egg yolks
  •   5 tablespoons of cornstarch
  •  4 tablespoons of sugar ½ liter of milk 
  • Zest of a lemon
  •  juice of a lemon

 The preparation method of Lemon meringue flan Recipe:


 - Prepare the Flan by mixing the egg yolk with the cornstarch and the sugar with an electric mixer. Add the milk and put on the heat until consistent. 


- Remove the custard from the heat and add the lemon zest then pour it into the ramekins. Let cool. 


- Prepare the meringue by whisking the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add vanilla and sugar. Garnish with the ramekins and brown with the torch.
