Simple Pretzel Salad

 Ingredients 


1 Pack of pretzels
 Salt to sprinkle 2/3 cup Peanut oil
 Garlic and herb salad dressing, you can use salad dressing of your own choice, according to taste 

Method of prepare Simple Pretzel Salad


 Take a large mixing bag. Now add the pretzels, peanut oil, the garlic and herb salad dressing mixture, or any other salad dressing. Sprinkle some salt to season. Now shake the bag well so that the pretzels are uniformly coated. Serve it immediately.

Butternut Squash Salad


 Ingredients


  • 2 boxes of Butternut squash, Cubed
  •  The drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil 
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  •  Freshly ground black pepper for seasoning

 Method  to prepare Butternut Squash Salad



Take about 2 boxes of butternut squash, wash and cube them well. Now, preheat the oven to about 400 degrees F. Take the butternut squash in a bowl, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper on them. Toss them well so that all the cubes get uniformly coated. Roast butternut till they soften and top caramelizes. Serve. Enjoy! 

Tomato, Radish, and Cucumber Salad


 Ingredients


 2-3 large tomatoes 
1-2 cucumbers 2 radishes, thinly sliced 
2 red and orange bell pepper
 1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
 The drizzle of canola oil 
The drizzle of White vinegar 
Salt to sprinkle 
Pepper to taste 

Method to prepare Tomato, Radish, and Cucumber Salad



Wash all the vegetables, chop them finely and place in a bowl. Drizzle some canola oil and white vinegar. Toss them well so that all the vegetables get evenly coated. Now sprinkle some salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss again. Serve this fresh salad immediately with bread or chips or with any meal. Enjoy!

 Fresh Tomato and Avocado Salad with Dijon Mustard 


Ingredients 


2 fresh tomatoes 
1 Avocado 
1 tsp. of Dijon Mustard 
Balsamic vinegar, to taste 
Freshly ground black pepper 
A little drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

 Method to prepare  Fresh Tomato and Avocado Salad with Dijon Mustard 



Cut the tomatoes into wedges and peel the avocado, pit and slice it. Take a bowl and mix together the Dijon mustard, a drizzle olive oil, balsamic vinegar to taste, and some black pepper. Take a big serving plate and arrange the slices of tomatoes and avocados in it. Now drizzle the dressing that you have prepared over them. Serve this salad immediately. Enjoy! 

Simple Jicama Salad 


Ingredients 


1 jicama, also known as yam bean 
Salt to taste 
The drizzle of fresh lime juice 
Sprinkle of Chili powder


 Method to prepare Simple Jicama Salad 



 Peel jicama and cut into small pieces. Arrange the jicama in a large serving plate. Sprinkle fresh lime juice, salt, and chili powder on the pieces of jicama. Serve immediately.

Fresh Radish and Dill Salad 


Ingredients


1 fresh Radish
 1½ tsp. of finely chopped dill 
3 tsp. white vinegar 
Canola oil to drizzle 
Pinch of salt 
Black pepper, ground 

Method Fresh Radish and Dill Salad 



Peel and slice the radish finely. Take the slices in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Toss well. Let it sit for about 10-12 minutes. Then pour some white vinegar, add the chopped dill, drizzle canola oil, and sprinkle pepper. Mix well and serve the dish immediately.

 Green Bean and Cabbage Salad


 Ingredients  


12 ounces of fresh green beans 
1 cup Feta cheese, You can also use Mozzarella 
The drizzle of olive oil 
1 clove of garlic
 minced 1 fresh Cabbage 
1 tsp. Fresh parsley, chopped 
the drizzle of olive oil
 The drizzle of fresh lemon juice 

Method to prepare  Green Bean and Cabbage Salad



Wash and drain the green beans. In a large salad mixing bowl, add the green beans, chopped cabbage, onions, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and drizzle olive oil. Toss well. Top it with feta cheese. Refrigerate to cool and serve.
