Pancakes of suzettes


Ingredients :


6 vanilla pancakes
- Granulated sugar
- 100 g of butter
- juice of 2 oranges
- 1 lemon juice
- store-bought orange juice
- Orange zest for decoration

Preparation method:


In a pan, put the sugar. Leave on fire
- When the sugar is ready to caramelize, add lemon and orange juice
- Reduce slowly until a light caramel is obtained, add the buerre
- Let the blond juice reduce. Pass the crepes one by one in the juice obtained, on both sides
- Fold them in half and soak them in the juice
- Fold the pancakes over four more to soak them in the juice. Add the remaining orange juice

Yogurt pancakes : 


ingredients:


- 1 natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- 100g of flour
- 10 cl of milk
- 20 g of sugar
- Oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Decoration:
- Sweet yogurt
- Flaked almonds

Preparation method:


- In a bowl, put sifted flour, salt, and yeast.
- Make a well in the center and add the sugar and the egg
- Add the oil and the natural yogurt and mix with an electric mixer.
- Gradually add the milk while continuing to beat
- Continue beating until a smooth dough is obtained. Leave to rest for an hour.
 - In a small hot and oiled pan, pour a ladle of dough into the pan, distribute the dough well. Bake the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side. Once the pancakes are cooked, pour the sweet yogurt and the flaked almonds over them.
